1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WatchOver Health (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a family-founded business based in Tennessee. By accessing our website, using our free resources, or purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors and customers of our website, including everyone who reads our educational content, uses our free tools, or purchases our digital products.

2. Who We Are

WatchOver Health is a family-founded business based in Tennessee. We are a free educational health information website that also sells digital, downloadable products and kits for families and caregivers.

WatchOver Health is not a healthcare provider, insurer, pharmacy, or medical practice. We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Our purpose is to make trustworthy health information easier to understand and to offer practical, family-built resources you can download and use.

3. What WatchOver Offers

WatchOver Health provides:

• Free educational content — articles, guides, and plain-English information about medication safety, caregiving, and family health.
• Free tools — helpful resources that link out to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other official, authoritative sources. WatchOver does not operate these tools or generate their results; we simply point you to the trusted source.
• Digital products & kits — downloadable guides, checklists, printables, and kits available for one-time purchase and delivered to you as digital downloads.

4. Eligibility & Purchases

Our free educational content and tools are available to everyone. To purchase a digital product, you must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a binding agreement.

All purchases are one-time transactions. We do not store your payment card information — payments are handled by a secure, third-party payment processor. You are responsible for providing a valid email address so we can deliver your download.

5. Free Tools & External Resources

Our free tools are provided as a public service and link to the FDA and other official, third-party sources. WatchOver Health does not run these tools, control their content, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information they provide. When you use a free tool, you may be directed to a third-party website governed by that website’s own terms and policies.

6. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically as downloadable files after purchase. Because they are delivered digitally and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final.

If you experience a problem with your purchase — for example, you did not receive your download, or a file will not open — contact us at watchoverhealth@gmail.com and we will make it right.

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself and your own family. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the files. See Section 10 (Intellectual Property).

7. Email & Communications

We may collect your email address when you download a free resource (a “lead magnet”), join a list, or make a purchase. We use your email only to deliver what you requested and to send WatchOver Health updates, tips, and product information.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WatchOver Health to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Resell, redistribute, or republish our digital products or content without written permission
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from our website without written permission

• Transmit harmful code, malware, or any disruptive technology

We reserve the right to investigate misuse and take any action we deem appropriate, including referral to law enforcement where warranted.

9. Medical Disclaimer

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, trademarks, guides, kits, and downloadable products on WatchOver Health are owned by or licensed to WatchOver Health and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself and your family. The purchase does not transfer ownership and does not grant any right to redistribute or resell the product.

Our website and free tools link to third-party websites and sources, including the FDA, Mayo Clinic, NIH, CDC, and prescription savings services such as GoodRx and Cost Plus Drugs. We provide these links for your convenience and education only.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, practices, or policies of any third-party website. Visiting a linked site is at your own discretion and is subject to that site’s own terms. Prices and savings information shown by third-party services may vary by pharmacy, location, and coverage — always confirm with your pharmacist.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WatchOver Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including any health outcome, loss, or injury — arising from your use of our website, free tools, or digital products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim, if any.
